•  Add salt to water only after it has come to the boil (to avoid salt grains attacking 
the steel).
•  Avoid using your pans to store acidic, salty or fatty foods before or after cooking. 
PANS WITH NON-STICK INTERIORS
•  Before using non-stick interiors for the rst time, condition the pan by spreading 
one teaspoon of cooking oil over the interior with a clean cloth. Wipe off any 
excess.
•  We do not recommend the use of metal utensils where there is a non-stick 
coating.
CLEANING YOUR COOKWARE
•  DO NOT put non-stick coated All-Clad pans in a dishwasher.
•  Never put cold water into a hot pan or plunge hot cookware in cold water. 
•  You can put your uncoated All-Clad pans in the dishwasher. The All-Clad 
Copper Core pans are dishwasher safe but if you do clean them in a dishwasher
please be aware that over time the oxidation process of the copper will be
accelerated by dishwasher use.
•  Never use bleach or chlorine based products on your pans, even when diluted.
•  In order to prevent water spotting, rinse in hot water and dry immediately 
after washing.
NON-STICK INTERIORS CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS
•  Hand washing is recommended. And because food does not stick, the surface 
is extremely easy to clean without scrubbing. Do not use steel wool, scouring 
pads or harsh detergents. Nylon scrubbing pads are safe. It is best to use
