yeast doughs.

For mixing cookie and cake batters.
BEATING
3 BEATING, For beating, creaming and medium fast
CREAMING whipping.
4 FAST BEATING, For whipping heavy cream, egg whites,
WHIPPING and boiled frostings.
5 FAST WHIPPING For whipping small amounts of heavy
cream or egg whites.
NOTE:
